Bella Youngberry continued her terrific recent run with a winning double at Lismore on Monday.
Riding for Ballina trainer Stephen Lee, the Queenslander guided Copenhagen Cat ($2.40) to a comfortable win in the 1110m Maiden Handicap.
Racing just behind the early leaders when turning for home, the 4YO Jungle Cat mare was a class above her rivals, hitting the line strongly for Youngberry.
Later on the program, the in-form apprentice teamed up with Gold Coast training partnership Tony and Maddysen Sears, riding Keep It Loki ($9.50) to a thrilling win in the 1526m Benchmark 58 Handicap.
A patient ride, Youngberry timed her run to perfection on the 4YO Headwater gelding as the pair flashed down the outside to win by a head.
The youngster nearly landed a treble, with the Leo Clapham-trained Lady Alabama ($3.20) going down by a flared nostril in the 1310m Benchmark 58 Handicap.
Youngberry’s Lismore double follows hot on the heels of a win at the Gold Coast on Saturday, where she again teamed up with the Sears stable, winning on Better Than Presley ($4) in the 1000m Maiden Plate.
A few days earlier at Grafton, the 19-year-old landed another NSW double, triumphing on the David and Marcus Scanes-trained Woodland Wonder ($9) in the 2200m Class One Plate and the Jennifer Smith-trained Da Silva Gold ($7) in the 1700m Maiden Handicap.
With seven wins in the early stages of November, and 10 wins from her past 50 rides, Youngberry is riding in career-best form, landing 23 wins in season 2025/26 at a 16.5% win rate.
With 54 career wins to her name, Youngberry has the chance to add to that total, riding for Jeff Dunn when jumping aboard The Catch in the 1680m Benchmark 65 Handicap at Ipswich on Thursday.
